The data that is familiar to you can be migrated over to the custom Zoho database.  We have imported data into Zoho from all kinds of different CRM applications as well as spreadsheets or Outlook contacts.  Maintaining the data relationships is key.  For example, we will convert everything to Zoho for you including Opportunities, Contacts, Companies, Notes/History and Activities.
